Class photos for the yearbook will be on Tuesday, November 8. All students are required to wear their dress uniform for the class pictures. In addition, on Tuesday we will have individual photo retakes for the yearbook. Smile!

Starry Night Gala
Less than one month away and we are almost a sell out for the 2011 Starry Night Gala, presented this year by Dyatech! With less than 20 remaining, these tickets are going quickly. Starry Night t-shirts will be distributed this week and may be worn to school on the Fridays of November and December. Don’t forget about the Starry Night Gala ornament exclusively designed by Gail Pittman which is available for $25 – making a great gift for all on your Christmas list. SACS Visit
The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) will be visiting St. Anthony Catholic School this week as we seek accreditation from this entity. Thank you for all who have volunteered to assist us in hospitality, interviews, and fill-ins as the SACS review team completes their evaluation.
On Friday, the SACS review team will post their evaluation findings at 3:30 p.m. in the St. Anthony multipurpose room. All parents, volunteers, supporters, staff, and other stakeholders are invited to attend as we all find out, at the same time, if St. Anthony Catholic School is accredited by SACS!
Starry Night Gala – December 3, 2011
Save the date for the 2011 Starry Night Gala, presented by Dyatech, celebrated in Madison at St. Anthony Catholic School!
On Saturday, December 3, 2011, ticketed couples from the tri-county area will be dancing to The Chill and enjoying an evening of merriment filled with fabulous award-winning food and beverages, a drawdown for a cash prize, as well as live and silent auctions.
The Starry Night Gala offers the adults of the community a festive environment to celebrate the Christmas season.

In order to best serve the needs of our students, St. Anthony Catholic School utilizes nationally recognized testing to assess scholastic achievement in the fall. The results of this test provide educators key direction in planning the year to ensure the academic growth of each child.
Parents please help your child demonstrate their best this week by getting to bed early, arriving at school on time, and providing protein-filled snacks! As a reminder, please note that students will not be allowed to enter class late or dismiss early during testing week.
