Third Grade students created fashion forward outfits using recycled material. Justin is a special projects coordinator for Keep the Rez Beautiful. Originally from Covington, La., he helps our organization write grants and organize events. Justin Fritscher with the National Resources Conservation Service worked with the children as part of Keep the Rez Beautiful Project.
